Thus we also activate those who were not previously directly involved in the transaction itself. We work side by side with managers and teams during the implementation, increasing ownership and strengthening team spirit.

We offer support with complex issues that require a multidisciplinary approach, at the intersection of finance, operations and/or commerce; we are involved in exit readiness assignments and/or provide guidance on succession issues.

At the request of investor, quiscan of the leadership team for first and subsequent transactions. Developed 1st 100 day plan for HR  and co-developed Happy Manifest. Acted Interim Chief People for 1,5 years, working on a variety of organisational development issues. Coached young managers, provided support onboarding add-on acquisitions. Strengthened the Board and Hub management with various strategic hires.

FysioPlus Rozendaal is a medium-sized physiotherapy practice in Nijmegen with a team of specialized therapists. Roderick guided the DGA of FysioPlus Nijmegen through the entire sales process to TopzorgGroep (part of Investment Company Capital A).

HeatTransformers is an installer of heat pumps, mainly in existing buildings. Since its foundation in 2019, the company has experienced very rapid growth. In 2022 and 2023, Roderick supported the operations team in scaling up quickly to meet the sharply increased demand. Partly due to guidance and coaching of team leaders, practical application of LEAN and encouraging ownership, capacity was more than doubled within a quarter.
