NOK.Next stimulates the connection between its young managers. Participants are challenged on self-awareness and selected skills (MBTI, conversation, negotiation, team building).

NOK.5 wants to realise its action plan 2021-2025 with a serious investment in the development of managers. In a series of two-day sessions, participants work on attitude, behavior and skills that align with the new identity of the company. Use of games, simulations and special forces.

City of the Future
(2018 - 2024, 4th edition)
Inspiring breakthrough program for the talent pool of the Municipality of Leiden (developed with Harmen Wolf) with input from scientists, politicians, entrepreneurs, journalists, filmmakers, consisting of 12 Masterclasses, addressing current themes in urban development are central, as well as leadership skills. The objective is to develop a distinctive, personal vision on urban developments.
The program is finalised with a film festival and closing debate.
